    Wonderful book but terrible as a Nook Book.

    This Devotional Bible is a wonderful book. The translation is so easy to read and Max Lucado's insights are excellent. As a Nook Book, though, it is terrible. It is difficult to find what you need. If you want to go back to a previous page, the back button appears for only a few seconds. The swipe trick and just reading trick that the Barnes and Noble customer service recommended does not work. The only way I found that you can do it is if you bookmark every page you might want to go back to, which is ridiculous. I'm very unhappy with this purchase and Barnes & Noble will not let you return a Nook Book. Probably because they charged $31.00 for the Nook Book and it is on sale as a regular book on their site for under $2.00. Go figure.

    Outstanding

    Unbelievable book. Let me begin by saying that I had purchased this because I was so tired of not knowing the truth. I was curious and found this book. After spending 30 minutes complaining to my friend that it was $39.99, 15 minutes later when I finally decided to purchase the book it was price marked $19.99. Something for this to happen to someone who was in serious need of a bible is unbelievable. The book has every page for whatever you are going through. It will make you overcome any obstacle or barrier life may have set for you. Your troubles will suddenly become pleasant, your anger suddenly turns to joy, your jealousy suddenly becomes humble.

    Highly Recommended for anyone who wants clearer meaning from the Bible.

    This is an easy to read devotional Bible that my pastor uses, and I purchased so that I can follow along in church. I get greater understanding when I follow along. I can also read passages before and after the ones he reads. I am going to download this onto my Nook, as this Bible is no longer in print, and having it with me in a light, portable means, I can take it with me anywhere, even when I travel. I'm so glad that they have this book in a Nook book text. This is the best Bible I've ever read and been able to understand. I use it in my Sunday school classes too.
