Mainstream pregnancy books say it's normal to feel overwhelmed and blue after baby. This book reminds you that although it is normal God cares and he wants to help. The devotions are short but very encouraging. I read one in the morning and one in the evening, that way I could start and end my day with the joy that only the Lord can bring. I am grateful to have received this as a gift.
