This is a fantastic book for anyone who wants to enjoy great health. I am not a diabetic but I read the book for the heart and cancer sections. I followed the heart section recommendationsand was able to lower my blood pressure into normal range within 2 weeks. Thanks to Diabetes Diet I am finally off my heart medication.
