    As a registered dietitian-nutritionist and certified diabetes educator in private practice, I'm always searching for excellent nutritional resources for my patients. "Diabetes Meal Planning & Nutrition For Dummies", by Toby Smithson and Alan Rubin is a fantastic resource for people who are newly diagnosed with diabetes as well as those who are experiencing diabetes burn-out with regard to meal planning and nutritional health. This extremely well written guide addresses everything from nutrition basics to dealing with compulsive eating issues. This book is a must have for everyone with diabetes who wants to improve their blood glucose management and improve their nutrition knowledge. Great resource!
