Dr Colberg did a magnificent research on all different types of exercises and diabetes. A diabetic and athlete herself, she knows what it takes and how to control better the ailment, and now she shares it with the public. Very comprehensive. Excellent tool for the diabetic who wants to exercise and have a better handle on the condition.
