This is the best cookbook ever written. It is so simple and easy to use with delicious recipes. My sister told me about this book I tried it and loved it so much that my whole family owns one. Since being diagnoised with diabetes I have religious used this book, not only has my sugar come down but I have lost weight too. Great book can't imagine cooking without it. Highly recommended to everyone!!
This is a fantastic cookbook for someone who wants to eat healthy but not spend a lot of time in the kitchen. There are a good variety of tasty recipes and the preparation couldn't be easier. My original book came with a spiral binding, and I wish the newer ones did, too. My biggest regret is that it is published in China and not the USA. I have given this book as a gift to several people and many have truly appreciated it.
