    Great book, bad ebook

Love the book, hate the ebook. The way the pages formatting displays is difficult to follow and there is no way to complete the worksheets.

    Great Ideas

This book has some great ideas on how to get teens active with mindfulness in creative ways. I find the teen information from Rathus and Miller more helpful regarding DBT for adolescents but I really liked the mindfulness exercise part of the book.
