Dianne Wilkinson has long been a heroine of mine because of her well-crafted songs and well-loved personality. Can you imagine my excitement when I discovered this classy lady had finally shared her memoirs? Her story is engaging, liberally sprinkled with her endearing Southernisms, and insightful as she shares the stories behind the songs. Particularly touching are Dianne's recollections about her husband's cancer and her friendship with Roger Bennett, acclaimed pianist for the Cathedral Quartet and Legacy Five. With a perspective into Southern Gospel from a beloved songwriter, this book is a must read for any Southern Gospel Music fan!
