Meet the Author

Aleister Crowley (1875-1947) was born Edward Alexander Crowley in Warwickshire, England. A mystic and magician, Crowley was best known for being an occultist, founding the religious philosophy of Thelema. His personal experimentation with drugs is well documented, as is his powerful impact on his followers.

    Very Impressive

    I've never quite read a book like this before. The insight into the characters' minds is really unbelieveable. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand the struggle of drug-addiction.

    Crowley's 'Diary' a fantastic psychological adventure

    A spectacular read. The book is a wonderful portrayal of the pyschology of the drug addict. Crowley does an excellent job creating several vivid and very believable characters that are sure to captivate the reader.
