This was a very nice read. I've taken couple of Sonia's online classes and always wondered how it all started for her. An amazing journey that we can all be inspired to follow our own abilities. Inspiring and motivating. Thanks Sonia for this book of your life as a psychic.

I truly enjoyed reading this autobiographic account from Sonia Choquette. Her experience as a psychic growing up in an environment that acknowledged and embraced the presence or guides all around us was certainly different - but very refreshing to see! Throughout the book, she is very open and honest about not only her successes, but also her perceived failures and her early insecurities. (A huge relief for those of us who are also walking this path.) She avoids jargon throughout, and keeps it all couched in everyday words and experiences. My only disappointment is that she withheld most details about her training - I would like to know more about what she read and studied. All in all, a great read, though!

Having psychic experiences is scary if you think you are alone. Overall this book was very informative on the psychic life. My only problem were some of the references to the author's belief system which seemed a tad too woo-woo. It is a matter of personal taste but I was somewhat disturbed by Choquette saying in this book that Christ had taught her how to be psychic in a past life. Although it is probable it is hard to digest when reading this autobiography with her other books where she claims a past life as an Essene during biblical times. Perhaps this is just a religious block on my part but such claims do occur as a bit far out.

Being a professional psychic myself, I thought I would read 'Diary of a Psychic' and see what Sonia had to say about her experiences. I found this book to be a very enjoyable read, something I can't say about some other psychics' books. Sonia's story was very interesting and I could relate well to many of the things that she experienced as a young psychic. If you want to see what it's like to live with psychic ability, I would recommend this book.
