This book may seem like its just for real estate brokers, mortgage lenders or real estate agents, but it is a definite must read if you are interested UNDERSTANDING what the professionals are saying when you are buying or selling your home. Every potential buyer or seller of real estate should know exactly what these terms mean

I am actually a software professional engaged in the mortgage domain. I like this one a lot. I am actually using this one along another book as reference.
