    Must readbook

The Diet Alternative offeres insight and understanding to the inner struggle most of us face. I felt encouraged and renewed. I've since bought 10 copies and give them out to close friends when they ask me what me 'secret' was in weight loss.

    The Answer I Prayed For

This book is the answer to my prayers. I knew God had answers that could be followed no matter what era you lived in. Diane Hampton brings verses to bear on the problem of gluttony I had never even thought of before. Thank you for such a profoundly simple book, I have lost 15 pounds so far and heading on down.
