    Extremely Helpful and Easy to Use!

    This compact book has all you need to track daily food intake, grams, carbs, fats, fiber, plus your workout.
    The food calories index has most foods. You will still need to look up some foods on line or in a calorie guide.
    The back of the book has a weight/loss graph which is helpful but only goes for 15 weeks. You could possible copy it on your scanner or at the library if you need additional weeks for your graph.
    I had previously used regular note books to track my diet and fitness but this Diet & Fitness Journal is so easy to use and easily fits into your handbag or briefcase.

    Finally!

    I peruse every fitness journal I come across. They never seem quite adequate for my needs. They are either for marathon runners and contain a matrix of scientific data that I quite frankly don't have the time for, or they are so rudimentary that they bore me and are uninspiring. This is straight forward with room to track food, exercise, supplements, and measurements. There is a weekly recap and goals sheet which really helps the user to stay on track. It's size is perfect for tracking on-the-go and it's sturdy construction will help it survive traveling in my gym bag. Thanks! Finally! Great job!

    Great to get yourself (or others) started on a diet and fitness plan. Convenient and well organized. Makes it easy to keep track of progress.

    Useful little journal

    This journal is great when I do not have access to caloriecount.about.com. Weekly progress pages are definitely great for summing up successes, setbacks, and next week's goals. Tips of the week are nice to read as well. For beginners, I would say that the first few pages (diet information and resources) are informative.

    Just do it!

    Useful little book. Nice size because it can fit easily into a purse or bag and stiff cover keeps it in better condition if you drag it about with you. I use it nearly everyday (I feel so virtuous ;)and keeping track of what I eat definitely makes me think before I stuff. I've even lost five pounds...
