A Great Dieting Book For Dancers

This book provides well-developed ideas about loosing weight and keeping fit. It includes a healthy food plan/organizer, offering tips and advice. However, the push given on dancers to be thin seems a bit too much and untrue.Besides that, this book is helpful and informative for a dancer looking to shed a few pounds or maintain their weight.

Perfect for dancers of all kinds!

This book became an IMMENSE help for me over the last few months. If you are interested even the slightest way on health, dancing, nutrition, etc. then this book should definitely be at the top of your list. I loved how each chapter was broken up and brought something new into play; this factual read went over things from when to eat breakfast to dancing for 8 hours a day. I highly recommend this book for ALL dancers. It became my guideline to nutrition and health as a full time dancer!

    a reviewer

For anyone who enjoys a breakdown in everything for dieting this book is for you. I personally did not like it. All I wanted was a book that gives helpful food planning and exercise tips for a dancer, not a science class on everything in the nutritional book. It was very complicated and I eventual gave up after reading a little over half way through.
