    Great Book - not recommended in the nook format

    Too many charts and reference material - get the hard cover book. The charts and lists are necessary and impossible to read through the Nook.

    Highly recommend

    Easy to read. The information is well organized. If you follow the recommendations you really can eat all kinds of foods and still lose weight. Portion sizes and balanced food groups is the secret. Give it a try!
