    Simplicity and Balance this program is for you.

    This is a diet and walking program I can live with. Dr. Stutman covers fat, fiber, aerobics, body shaping and much, much more. And it is for women only!

    I love the menu suggestions. Easy to follow. And the walking invigorates me and I'm not even hungry.
