Overview

What's with all the diets? All the diets out there make things so complicated.

I've tried plenty of diets, especially when they seem to be the next big thing, but they don't seem to work for me. Among them are paleo, carb cycling, low carb, 5:2 and intermittent fasting.

In Dieting Bites I discuss each diets premise fairly quickly since they can really all be summed up in one paragraph. Most books out there go on and on, until I'm eventually thinking- just get to it already.

Those diets just don't seem to work for me, but eating the Navy way has always worked for me. Eating this way is based on following three rules:

1. Portions
2. Meal Times
3. Balance

When I eat this way I always seem to shed fat. I was also able to lose 30 pounds in 90 days eating this way when we were at sea.

Included in Dieting Bites is a Bonus Report: Burn calories with circuit training & Tabata intervals

In this bonus report there is a basic circuit workout and two 4 minute tabata cardio workouts that take less than thirty minutes to complete.
