Step 1 readers have big type and easy words, rhyme and rhythm, and picture clues, for children who know the alphabet and are ready to read.

Who isn’t thrilled at the sight of a building going up? Most children, especially boys, strain their necks out the car window and tug at the hand pulling them away so that they can watch for as long as possible. Those people will love this book. Simple bright color illustrations and rhyming text portray specialized vehicles that clear, lift, dig, crunch, and crash as they work together to build a high rise. The reader is surprised and delighted at the end of the book to find that the “big rigs” are actually toys operated by children playing together in a sandbox. The rhyming text, large font, and white space make the words easy to read and remember while introducing construction equipment. The book can also be used to teach colors, counting, onomatopoeia, and the importance of teamwork. Some students will already know the precise names of the various machines and others will want to know. Books such as Machines Go to Work by William Low and the “PowerKid Readers: Road Machine Series” will provide that information. Create a popular learning center with toy trucks and these books. An accessible, rhyming text drives this story-with-a-twist about a construction site, inviting new readers to hone their emerging skills. Initial spreads depict a variety of vehicles engaged in digging, scooping, lifting and so on, detailing the activities of a construction site. Varied visual perspectives in the art draw the eyes to the different machines, but they can be disorienting--particularly in the worm's-eye view on the spread reading "Digger's teeth bite the ground," which does not show the "[t]racks skid[ding] around" as indicated by the text. On the other hand, while some readers may wonder why the vehicles' operators are not seen in the art, this omission is satisfyingly resolved in a long-shot spread that depicts a group of children playing with toy trucks in a sand pile. The vehicles are clearly miniversions of those from prior pages, and it's refreshing to see both boys and girls and at least one child of color included in the group "working like a team." From here, the narrative draws the children's play to a conclusion by book's end, providing readers with a fictive parallel to their own accomplishments in finishing the book: "Good work, crew!" An early-reader book to build on. (Early reader. 4-6)

Heyo guys. To whoever said their app was to sister of golden:I'm so sorry! I didn't see it. Okay on with the part. Nex part at next result.----Sam fumbled with her nails and had a lingering look in her eyes."Next. The child of Artemis." Chiron said. Pip Gemmond walked up to the stage with a sad, knowing look in her eyes. I gave her a look of understanding. Her expression was full of pain and misery. "Okay. And I forgot to mention. We are being forced to join magic with another world. Wizards." Chiron said. Everyone didn't seem to care, or notice." Um. I there a special school or person? "I asked. He nodded." The um. . .' Sorting hat' will decide that." He mumbled. A black and purple hat groaned."LAY OFF, old man." It murmured. I laughed." Well. Then, Sophie first."
