Meet the Author

Walter Rice is the author of SMARTY HAVARTI, a mystery novel set in Denmark, and the mystery novel HOLES IN MY ARMOR. He is also a former newspaper editor and reporter in the Pacific Northwest, working most recently as a systems editor at the late Seattle Post-Intelligencer. He lives near Seattle with his wife and numerous dogs and cats. Writing as Linda Walters, he and his wife have co-authored two published novels of romantic suspense, Dragon's Eye, set in Wales, and Dead Reckoning, set in the Yukon. He also paints, often digitally, and plays the piano and writes music.
