Author's Letter to readers--I think you'll love this book!!!

Dear Readers, I am pleased to announce the release of the second edition of Digestive Wellness--November 1999. This book takes you on a journey through the digestive system. It will help you really understand the marvel of the human body and what may be going on when you aren't feeling at your best. There are sections on nearly every digestive problem and most auto-immune illnesses as well including: irritable bowel syndrome, migraine headaches, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, leaky gut syndrome, ulcers, hemorrhoids, inflammatory bowel diseases, fibromyalgia, constipation, diarrhea, bad breath, mouth sores, and many more. You will find hundreds of small changes from the first edition and additional therapeutic options for many conditions. The new edition contains brand new sections on Attention Deficit Disorder, Asthma, Autism, and Schizophrenia. Each of these medical conditions has significant digestive components. I do hope that you find this expanded edition useful. I am grateful to the many people who have contacted me to thank me for writing Digestive Wellness. Your comments have been welcomed. I am thrilled thatso many of you have benefitted so greatly from the book. That was my hope in writing it. with aloha, Elizabeth Lipski

    Great book and informative

I am one of those "thin" people". Have always been active in sports, work (conceret, construction, etc). I am currently 6' and 180lbs, currently 57 years old. No health problems and no medications...so why this book?
Should have read it years ago. I have a terrible diet--and she helps me to see that in a very clear and understandable manner. I have been killing myself for years! and did not know it.
Americans need to change the way and what we eat. This book provides insight and examples to change your eatting habits, to make you a healthier person, and fight off disease.
Just try some of her suggestions and you will notice and feel a differance---too bad I started so late in life.

A Healthy Gut is the Key to Health

'Digestive Wellness' is an absolute must for anyone looking to optimize their health, digestive or otherwise! Since 80% of people in the United States suffer from digestive disturbances, this information comes at a needed time. Health starts in the gut and Lipski provides a great handbook that will educate and empower you to take control of your health. This book is so eye-opening that I decided to reference Lipski's work in my best-seller, 'Cracking the Cancer Code!' She also addresses chronic diseases and provides cutting edge, functional testing recommendations. - Dr. Matthew J. Loop
