Digital Forensic Expert's Guide To Success In Cross Examination-Nook
From the Forward: "Cross-examination and this book are not about the facts and your expertise, but how you project yourself and protect the facts and opinions you have provided. You cannot survive without expertise, and it is assumed you know your subject matter and the case evidence you are testifying on. Cross-examination is in those cases not so much about the facts and your expertise as it is psychological warfare directed against you, the person, your credibility, everything you stand for, and with it, the value of your testimony. The other side may well be aware of the facts and the power of the evidence you have uncovered, but if they can damage the credibility of the messenger they may still win the case.

This book, with carefully selected scenarios as examples gives you insight into the different techniques a cross-examiner may deploy to push you off balance. You will learn how to recognize these attempts and counter them effectively."
