Per the above instructions I have tried accessing this purchase on my ereader and all I get is the front cover. Where is the rest of the book? I flipped through the paperback at my local B&N store and was delighted to discover an electronic version--much easier to pack around with my camera. However, now bitterly disappointed. B&N states above that they are working to make this available online "in the meantime it may be accessed in your library." Really?!? I have the latest nook for iPad app and paid on full, but still cannot access anything but the front cover. And must give a star rating in order to leave feedback...though what I have is not worth a single star.
the articles I could read were informative but even fully increased in size the difficulty reading them made the information moot. I should have spent the extra money on the book.
