6 out of 5 star review.

Yes I rated it above 5 stars. If you love or just like bead embroidery then this is a MUST HAVE book. If you are a seasoned beader then this book is good for reference and may even teach you a few new tricks. If you are a beginner then you definitely need to get this reference guide.

Ms. Eakin covers the basics and then delves into a number of new dimensional stitches. The result? Your projects take on life they are not just flat. I am working on a new piece at the moment and I've already used two of the stitches she has shown in this book.

She even shows how to use that special component with the odd shape you've been hording waiting for the right inspiration. Eakin also shows how to connect those components to design those creations you've always dreamed of. And the projects are not bad either. All around this is a great book to have in your library. I have Ms. Eakin's other books and as always she doesn't disappoint.

    Informative

Great book with easy to follow directions. The only thing is I wish the directions included detailed step by step photos. Other than that I loved this book and it has helped me learn a great deal about bead embroidery.

    A "must have" book

I have several bead embroidery books and this is the most helpful one I own. Jamie does a wonderful job of explaining each technique and has included techniques I hadn't seen in the past.
