MY FAMILY HAS BEEN IN THE DINER BUSSINESS FOR YEARS AND ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW OR IMPROVED RECIPES.THIS BOOK NOT ONLY GIVES YOU THE GREAT RECIPES IT TAKES YOU ON A TOUR OF DINER HISTORY AND HOW THEY CAME TO BE.THE BOOK HAS ALL THE CLASSIC DINER RECIPES AND A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE PRESENTATION OF THE OUTCOME.I HAVE ENJOYED THIS BOOK VERY MUCH.IT TAKES YOU BACK TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS OF THE 50'S AND ALL THE GREAT FOOD.
