Take an Australian adventure with Annie & Jack and learn about a large bird that does not fly, yet runs about 30 miles per hour; and a marsupial (mar-SOUP-ee-ul) that eats the leaves of gum trees; and an animal whose name means "no drink." A fun time and educational entertainment are available to the readers of this novel "Dingoes at Dinnertime."

May l compete for the role of deputy please? I am a pale tawny she-cat with silver stripes and white paws. I believe l should be deputy since I am a fierce yet loyal fighter, so l have never killed another cat, but spared the lives of many.
