Pamela Rice Hahn (Celina, OH) has written several books, including Master the Grill the Lazy Way and Essential Diabetes: Everything You Need to Make Delicious Dishes That Help Regulate Your Blood Sugar Level.

Brierley E. Wright, R.D. (Cambridge, MA), is a registered dietician with several years of kitchen and foodservice work experience. A graduate of the University of Vermont, she obtained her registered dietician certificate before pursuing a master's degree in nutrition communication at Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition and Science Policy.
