I was really excited to try out my new book. This is the first cookbook that I have used on my nook. There are lot's of interesting recipes in here. I didn't quite believe it had over 200 recipes but I counted and sure enough...More than 200 of them in this book! Tonight we tried the Tac-Ole' Bubble Bake. It was fun to make and really simple too! Everyone in the family loved it even the picky eaters! :) I can't wait to try something else tomorrow. I really like how they give tips on stretching your food and how to plan ahead. What a time saver. Also some of the recipes are how to create your own seasonings and spices with what you have. Like taco seasoning! A really great buy!

A cookbook that advertises economy meals that are actually economical... and good! Way too many cookbooks out there boast budget friendly and do not use budget ingredients. Thank you!

A few good ideas, but most recipes could be found for free online (or at least very similar recipes). Also fewer dishes than I expected but for 99¿ I can't really complain.
