Meet the Author

Randy Bell is a principal of Bell Anderson & Sanders LLC in Laguna Beach, Cal., a consulting firm that specializes in real estate and environmental damages. Prior to establishing his practice, he founded and directed the real estate damages practice at Price Waterhouse. He is known the world over as the "Master of Disaster". Based upon his research, he created various specialized techniques and methodologies that have been incorporated into federal government regulations. He has also published numerous articles in various professional journals, lectured internationally on the topic of property damages and crisis management. He is a qualified expert witness in both State and Federal Counts. Randy has an MBA from UCLA, holds the MAI Designation, and is on the Advisory Board of the Bureau of National Affairs. His firm was just recently retained to study the economic impact of the World Trade Center bombings on the city of New York. He is the author of Real Estate Da! Mages, published by the Appraisal Institute, Business Owners Manual, Property Owner's Manual, and Home Owner's Manual all by Owner's Manual Press. Randy and his wife live in Laguna Beach, California with their 3 children. Donald T. Phillips is a best-selling author of major works of nonfiction.
