I found the book to be a good overview for anyone having only a limited, or no IT background. Even though I've completed the course where it was the designated textbook, I'll hang on to it for at least 2 years, because it now works well as a one-volume dictionary-encyclopedia of computers and computer concepts. (After 2 years, if not sooner, it will start to become increasingly obsolete.)Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
