Meet the Author

Jerome Drexler is the author of three astro-cosmology books, a former Research Professor in physics at NJIT, former Chairman and chief scientist of LaserCard Corp. (Nasdaq: LCRD) and former Member of the Technical Staff of Bell Laboratories. He has been awarded 76 U.S. patents, honorary Doctor of Science degrees from NJIT and Upsala College, a degree of Honorary Fellow of the Technion, an Honorary Life Member of the Technion Board of Governors, an Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship at Stanford University, a three-year Bell Labs graduate study fellowship, the 1990 "Inventor of the Year Award" for Silicon Valley, and the first patent on an optical disk "Laser Optical Storage System."

    INNOVATIVE COSMOLOGY BOOK

    Another great read by Dr. Jerome Drexler. This most recent of Drexler's books, tying together the concepts of the trilogy, is quite captivating and interesting. Is dark matter comprised of ultra-high energy 'UHE' relativistic protons? Indeed, the book posits this theory from the outset. Substantive evidence is adduced by Drexler to explicate five cosmic mysteries in a very plausible manner. Drexler's cosmological acumen is both plausible and revolutionary. In my extensive readings, he is the first author to convincingly delineate seven cosmic mysteries in a novel manner. Drexler's theories and explanations are bolstered by the work of NASA, as well as some British and Russian scientists. I highly recommend this book to academicians, scientists, graduate students, and other people interested in cosmology.

    A must read for anyone interested in straightforward, logical solutions to some of cosmology's most significant unsolved problems. This book highlights all of Drexler's work to date, particularly his relativistic-baryon dark matter hypothesis it also establishes his primacy on the concept of a Relativistic Big Bang that satisfies the second law of thermodynamics. It is now incumbent on the scientific community to accept the plausibility of Drexler's theories, and to find additional supporting observational evidence 'e.g., the UV signatures of Lyman-alpha blobs', or to refute them based on such evidence.

    Intriguing theory of dark matter/dark energy

    Drexler presents a conceptually coherent and logically appealing model for the mechanics underlying the large scale structure of the universe. As his theory departs dramatically from the current Standard Cosmological Model it certainly attracts vociferous criticism. Yet ongoing reports of newly observed and measured astronomical phenomena seem to be, more often than not, congruent with Drexler's Halo theory for dark matter and dark energy. Until his hypotheses are definitively falsified, the fact that some of the phenomena required by Drexler's warm/hot dark matter theory have not yet been observed is no more troubling than the current non-observation of WIMPs, neutralinos, or MACHOs of cold dark matter theories. Altogether, this book presents an intriguing rationalization for the many mysteries currently unexplained by the Standard Cosmological Model.
