Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot
The back of the book states this is for children ages three and up, but I really don't think many three year-olds will find this to their liking. Attached to the book is a slideviewer, but it is extremely small and you need to have your eye really close to see the pictures. The Little Einsteins—Leo, Annie, Quincy, and June are heading off to the moon. On the pages there are symbols telling the reader to look at the image in the viewer—the images are numbered, but the symbol on the page is not so if you get out of synch or lose your place, it could be a bit frustrating. Ignoring the fact that one could not zoom off to the planets, there is information about each and inset boxes provide a bit more information. Not one of the better Einstein products.
