Divine Kosher Cuisine brings kosher home cooking into the 21st Century. It takes the challenge out of following the Jewish dietary laws without diminishing the sanctity of tradition, the pull of contemporary food trends and the evolving requirements for specific health diets. It responds to the burgeoning growth in kosher home cooking. Why this vitality to maintain a kosher home? My daughter-in-laws favorite

Devine Kosher cuisine is the cookbook that my daughter-in-law learned to cook from with pleasure. Devine Kosher is the book she gets ideas from, and menu's for her three childrens' birthday parties. Devine Kosher is the cookbook that I personally can taste and feel my Jewish heritage from all over the world and every recipe has worked out great. A must for any one who likes to cook.

    Divine Cookbook

Practical, innovative, basic, beautiful in contents and presentation -- 'Divine Kosher Cuisine' has it all. Seldom have I been so impressed by the variety of useful recipes in a cookbook, let alone the helpful advice for both beginners and seasoned cooks. Whether 'kosher' matters to you or not, you will find hundreds of illustrated, fully explained, doable recipes here -- both familiar and surprising. The looseleaf format, the section devoted to 'scaling up' a recipe for a crowd, the lavish full-color pictures all add up to a stellar kitchen tool which, for me, has become indispensable -- the first book I turn to for home cooking and guests. I have given this cookbook to family and friends, who all rave about it. I recommend it unhesitatingly.
