Everything you need for a trip to D.C.

I recently chaperoned a group of middle-school students on a four day trip to D.C. We walked thirty miles in the time we were there, giving you some idea how much we saw. This book was the perfect travelling companion. It covered everything we saw, at the perfect level of detail for our group and was passed along on the bus in between stops. It isn't the most detailed book you can get on D.C. but for a quick trip it has lots of great suggestions on what to see and do. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without it.

    GREAT!!!

This book was very helpful in planning my trip to DC. The pictures are great, the maps are great. I like how it broken down into the main areas and then goes into detail of each place. Then in the back it has a great way of helping determine where to eat and approximate cost, which is great for those on a budget.
