Overview

This is the fourth and final installment in the sexy miniseries The Dumont Diaries.

The Dumont Diaries synopsis:
Candace Tapers’ life finally takes an upward swing when Nathan Dumont, shipping heir and notorious playboy, sweeps her away to a lifestyle of wealth and privilege. But that life comes with strings, and she is soon pulled in directions she never expected, discovering secrets and ulterior motives in the man who shares her bed.

Do Us Part (The Dumont Diaries #4) synopsis:

I have discovered the witch who started this disaster, and her name is Cecile. She is the lock around my husband’s heart; she is the barrier between me and everything I ever wanted.

I have decided to fight. For his heart, for my father, for the Jimmy Choos that rest on my perfectly manicured feet. The problem with a fight is that there is ultimately a loser. And in a situation like this, she has the advantage and a clear head start.

But I am here, and she is not. And I have not shared everything. I have some secrets and some advantages of my own. I will fight to the death, if not of my body, than of my heart. And if my heart is destroyed in this battle, I will find a way to survive. Poor planning may not be the final chapter in my story.

*Do Us Part is a novella, 16,000 words in length, and is the final installment of a 4-part series.

    Review

The first three books in the series kept me on edge. I felt this one was rushed and unfinished. A lot more detail into the characters would have helped this series end withthout a lot of unanswered questions.

    YOWZA!

This series was very hot and very disturbing at the same time. The heroine has to deal with some bad situations mostly brought on by her bad decisions and then a couple of things happen to her that are really offensive, but by the end I loved it. This a must read!
