    Wow! I am impressed

I expected a book like all the rest but it is so much better! It has every thing I need to put my house on the market, more than just home staging. I can't say enough about it.

    Excellent, easy to learn from

My sister was looking to sell her house and the market is horrible in her neighborhood so I bought her this book. She loved it, used some of the examples and lists, and got a sale faster than she expected plus a good price. Worth the money for sure!

    Impressive Simplicity

I don't have alot of time to read so I needed something simple to tell me just what I needed to do to prepare my house for sale. I was impressed with how easy it was to follow the step by step instruction to get my property prepared for the market. Thank you Tina Parker for giving me the light at the end of the tunnel.

The best book I've bought in a very long time.

I was worried about putting my house on the market with so many stories about taking forever to sell, but this book was so much help and so organized in point form, it made it an easy read. It made the whole process seem so much easier to deal with. There is stuff in there I can use to live in my new house. I highly recommend this book.
