Yet, at the end of one particularly hectic and long day, he might just get exactly what he's looking for from the good doctor.

An Unscheduled Appointment (Book 3)

Alexander Palmer, the receptionist for Dr. Dylan Osmond's office, considers himself to be a straight guy. Yet, since making a fool of himself toward his friend (and male nurse), Kasey Michaels, after a bad breakup with his girlfriend, Palmer is both embarrassed and secretly questioning himself. Yet, he can't deny what he feels when working so closely with Michaels in the run of the day.

An Unlikely Patient (Book 4)

Dr. Dylan Osmond is quite enjoying watching the fragile relationship between his male nurse and receptionist blossom. Excerpt:

With the door having been left opened, he could see people pass by now and again and catch snippets of conversation. It helped to keep him distracted but also made him more nervous as well. He internally raged at the thought of getting a physical, but knew full well why he needed to do it. If for nothing else, at least it'd be good practice for the routine checkups he'd need soon enough.

About ten minutes later, Marcus straightened up as a man in a long white coat stepped inside. With just the coat alone, it was easily accepted that this man had to be Dr. Osmond.

“Hello, Mr. Gill, I'm Dr. Osmond,” he greeted with a smile, a clipboard in his hand. His voice was so low and silky.

“Hey,” Marcus greeted in returning, nodding his head slightly and watching Dr. Osmond close the door behind him.

“So, I understand you're here today for a physical?”

Marcus nodded again. “Yeah, I'm getting one so that I can play soccer at uni.”

The doctor smiled and Marcus couldn't help but to notice how perfectly white and straight the man's teeth seemed to be. However attractive it was, such perfection tended to be a bit unnerving as well.

“Okay, we'll get underway, then,” Dr. Osmond said as he took a seat at his desk.
