With my then wife, renovated agricultural complex in Fife Scotland, into a residential Art Center. Various notable artist and musicians worked on projects there, including Simple Minds who created their album New Gold Dream, while at the Center.
Traveled widely over a number of years, and have lived in remote locations, as well as in various capital cities.
Highs and lows:
High: summit of a sacred mountain in the Sierra Madre with a shaman.
Low: dealing in dodgy furniture in Brick lane Market London, next to the National Front hang out.
Recent employment - 'the Republican Guard' at Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh - a strange assignment for a writer. However, I completed Headfux in a cabin there... nice work if you can get it, Ma'am...
