Instead you would separate each piece of hair as a hairdresser would do and blow into shape over a brush.
Breeds that need a flat appearance like English Setters or Golden Retrievers should be brushed into shape as they dry. Short or smooth coated breeds are suitable fro cage dryers or even toweled and kept in a warm room."
