There is a lot of really good and helpful information in this book but there is too much psycho-babble. People with problems with their dogs don't care if the solution is operant conditioning, classical conditioning etc. - they want specific suggestions not a bunch of technical language that makes you wonder if the author is trying to impress you with her vocabulary or is trying to baffle you with Bull #### instead of dazzling you with briliance. She doesn't need to do the baffling - she has great suggestions and step by step procedures to help these owners if only they can get through the 'technicalese' of the answer. If this book is to be helpful to owners who are not Rhodes Scholars she needs to take the language down a notch. Was this review helpful?
