Carl Weber & Dewayne S Joseph stories were good! Who told Angel Hunter she could write? Her story was terrible. La Jill Hunt rode Carl Weber's coat tail so I counld not tell if she was good or not. Carl Weber is great; as well as, Dwayne S Joseph.......I am going to look more into Mr Joseph books....I read all of Mr Weber's books. Angel Hunter NOOOOO way.

I have read Carl Webers books, and from that I can say... what seems to be all of the hype.. This book is not what I expected at all.. The stories were kind of weak and lame .. If you have read other books by this author then you will understand

These stories all had the same basic theme--greed just isn't worth it. All of the characters were well crafted, the dialogue was fresh, and there was humor left and right. The first story about the neighbors was just funny, the second was inspiring but seemed really unrealistic (although the characters were cool), but the third one was so wild that it seemed very realistic. The last one stood out way for than the other two just because it had a beginning, middle, and an end whereas the first two seemed rushed to get to the end. I enjoyed this book.

Carl Weber I knew, but the other authors were a long shot. I'm so glad I purchased this book. I was drawn in by all the stories but the story by Dwayne Joseph had me caught up. I could see this one becoming a movie. These new voices introduced by Carl Weber have been added to my MUST READ LIST OF AUTHORS.

A Dollar And A Dream was off the meter! Carl, the man, has once again delivered a must-read story, along with La Jill Hunt, whose book Drama Queen I will be buying! Angel Hunter's story was cool. Dwayne Joseph's story was so intense it was crazy! This is one of the best anthologies I've read in a while!
