Dom for Sale [NOOK Book]

Overview

My name is Liz, and I've always had a thing for dominant men. But I've never met anyone I felt comfortable enough with to explore that side of myself, so I'm not even sure if it's a real need or if it's just the idea of being dominated that gets me hot.
Then I laid eyes on Master Gareth, and I knew he'd be the one to show me. Not only is this my chance to see if I really am a submissive, but there's something more in the way he looks at me. Something dangerous, forbidden. For ...

For one glorious night, I'll be his to control completely. At his mercy, bowing to his every desire-and I can only hope he'll make all my fantasies come true.
My only fear? That I won't want to return to reality when the night's done . . . even though I know I can't stay.

Imagine if 50 Shades of Grey were written right where BDSM wasn't treated like a disease to be cured and it was TOTALLY sexy, well written and edited. Enter Christine D'Abo. LOVE this book. I only wish it was longer and am hoping there is a sequel in the works.

I think this was a great story about a woman exploring her interest in submission in a safe and controlled atmosphere. The cover of this book is a little confusing. I am not sure why the Dom has a sub collar on, but that is not usually under the authors’ control. So my suggestion is to just ignore that part and focus on the abs.

Liz is a great character, a wonderful mix of naughty impulses and cautious curiosity. I love her friend Connie and could see myself befriending them both and having a blast. Throughout the story I could almost feel myself tagging along behind her as a silent observer. Master Gareth would stop my heart. I think I would need someone to remind me to breathe around him. As I read his description it definitely fit what I would think of as a perfect “dom”. This was such a satisfying story to read I felt disappointed when it was over. I didn’t want it to be finished, I still want more. Reading this was definitely a pleasure. Another great read from Christine d’Abo. I have never been disappointed when I pick up a book with her name on it.
