Imagine if 50 Shades of Grey were written right where BDSM wasn't treated like a disease to be cured and it was TOTALLY sexy, well written and edited. Enter Christine D'Abo. LOVE this book. I only wish it was longer and am hoping there is a sequel in the works.

I think this was a great story about a woman exploring her interest in submission in a safe and controlled atmosphere. The cover of this book is a little confusing. I am not sure why the Dom has a sub collar on, but that is not usually under the authors’ control. So my suggestion is to just ignore that part and focus on the abs.
Liz is a great character, a wonderful mix of naughty impulses and cautious curiosity. I love her friend Connie and could see myself befriending them both and having a blast. Throughout the story I could almost feel myself tagging along behind her as a silent observer. Master Gareth would stop my heart. I think I would need someone to remind me to breathe around him. As I read his description it definitely fit what I would think of as a perfect “dom”. This was such a satisfying story to read I felt disappointed when it was over. I didn’t want it to be finished, I still want more. Reading this was definitely a pleasure. Another great read from Christine d’Abo. I have never been disappointed when I pick up a book with her name on it.
