Stuffed, but not overstuffed, at two CDs long, Dominionaire is Canton Jones' most ambitious project to date, but that doesn't mean he can't coolly stroll and swagger through this big offering of "Kingdom Music." Jones is R. Kelly-cool throughout the double album, but the message is, of course, entirely different as the singer relates all cuts to a psalm or passage in the Bible.
