I have several of Dewberry's books. They are project oriented and my impression is that they are intended to sell not only Folk Art Acrylic paint (lots of it) but to promote craft sales from businesses she chooses. Not intending to be mean spirited I found that she made no mention of Krylon who makes a multitude of items that work very well with acrylic paint. I would also like to mention that in her books she does not explain what certain products do..... some have more than one use. I also found that if Plaid did not produce a product that would make your product look more professional or last longer she excluded that from her books. Many of the one stroke products that you will find mentioned in her books are cheaply made and cost double what the same item of superior quality would cost at any discount retailer. I found this to be true @ W....mart.
