I am just going thru a break up, and I have to tell you that this book has kept me from doing things that I can regret. I can identify with what the author has to say. I recommend this book to all the girls that are going thru a difficult time letting go of someone that did not treat them like they deserved.

I feel like this book is well worth buying, it's not complicated to read it goes right to the point. It helped me like I never thought a book could, I will give it a 4 stars.

This book is okay for the simple fact that it points out some hard truths to those of us on the receiving end of a breakup. It was refreshing to see what she had to say about it all. However, I was not at all uplifted by what she had to say. I had already realized much of what was in the book and so, for me, it did not give too much insight on how to work on myself. If you are looking for something to help lift your spirits and make you focus on yourself, then try reading 'How to Win Your Husband Back Before It's Too Late'. Even if you are not (or have never been) married before, this book teaches you how to work on YOU...and take the focus off that man! My mother had it, but she never read it. I suppose if she had, she would be better off. (with or without my father) Happy reading!

This book is awesome!! If you are hurting from a past relationship and feel like you can't move on, this is the book to read. The book is not just about calling a man it help you understand who you are and it totally lifts your spirits. Trust me!

But this is especially great if you're sitting at home, just waiting for him to contact you (and we all do it). I like that there is a forum online for all the books where you can talk to people just like you. I am online all the time so it was helpful for me.

A great book for when you're trying to get over a guy. Better than a lot of the other dating books for it's really practical advice.

After a break up its so hard to start fresh specially when you want to call the ex. If you are dealing from a recent break up this book will help you through the process.

My boyfriend recently broke up with me, and I KEPT calling him. I thought that I would never get over him, and I was so afraid to be alone. This book really helped me realize that my life wasn't over when he said goodbye. It also made me realize that it was better for me to move on, so that I can find a guy who really wants to be with me. Great book, and I would recommend to anyone going through a breakup. Everyone offers you advice, but I think that this book shines a new light on the situation, and made me feel like I wasn't alone, and that I WILL get through this, and Don't Call That Man!!!

Keep multiple copies of this book. Have one in your home, car, and one to give to a friend. This book saved me from calling my 'ambivalent man' after things went bad. It also was a comfort to have on those nights when I was alone and wanted to call him. Even the strongest of women can become weak when it comes to a broken heart- this book will help you keep yourself from feeling more rejection and help you realize how a break up will not destroy you.

sometimes there is safety in numbers. What is shared is aften true.. I would highly recommend keeping a copy close by!

This book really helps. I kept reading it over and over when I was most tempted to call. The only thing is that the writing exercises were a little long.

A terrific book for anyone seeking self-healing. Don't. . . Man, offers solace to any one grieving the end of a relationship. The writing exercises help your heart to heal & come to terms with your feelings.

My boyfriend of 8 yrs. decided that he wasn't ready to get married and I was. He ended the relationship after living together for 3 yrs.I am completely devasted and want to pick up the phone on a daily basis. Reading this book helped me realize that dailing that phone is not going to change how he feels, it will only have you second guessing your actions after the phone call has ended, making you feel humiliated and exactly where you were before you picked up that phone. So don't call that man,he knows you still have feelings for him you don't have to prove it to him in .Read this book if you are having the urge to call that man, its awesome. Cindy

I pulled this book off the shelf because of its terrific, retro cover, but the text inside is what propelled me to the cashier. This is everything my mother told me, all rolled into one guide of self-respect and learning to let go. I can think of MANY people who should read this. . .
