    This is a great Health 101 guide that gets you thinking about what you eat. If half of what he says about the FDA's poor/lack of oversight is true, we have a pretty scary situation in America. I'm tired of all the 'food trends' that change every year and this book is the first one that has made sense to me in a very long time.
