    Important Reading

This is such an important book because it can save lives. With the rise in diagnosed autism, celiac's desease, and other childhood conditions, this book boldly puts the necessity of being informed right in your face. Parents all over the world have suffered with "if only I had known." Easy to read, informative, practical and creative, this book also has a tender story about a grandmother (the author) on a mission to save her little granddaughter. It will make everyone who reads it think twice and I'd bet it is passed along to others as a gift because the reader will know how important it is.

    Celiac & Autism help

This book is perfect for anyone new to the gluten-free, casein-free (dairy-free) diet. It includes a detailed description of the various ingredients, information about cross-contamination and the symptoms of gluten and dairy allergies. There are over 100 easy recipes including breakfast, main meals, desserts and breads. The story behind the little girl on the cover is a story that thousands of parents experience. It also shows that there can be a light at the end of the tunnel. This is a must-read for those new to the GFCF diet. Those who are experienced with the GFCF diet will find the information very useful and the recipes worth trying.
