Tess St. John's stories are a delight to read. In "Don't Let it Show", Miss St. John again offers characters who come alive on the pages and worm their way into your heart. Gail, a sharp attorney with a soft heart can't help but fall for Sam, a sexy undercover agent in policeman guise. Instead of throwing them between the sheets early on, Tess takes the reader through a long, sweet courtship, where their desire for each other grows until we're all screaming for them to finally come together as a couple. Thrown into the mix are other memorable characters you could swear live in your neighborhood, along with a suspenseful plot with lots of twists and turns. This is a terrific read whose characters you'll remember long after you've turned the last page.

I love Tess St. John's books. Don't Let It Show didn't disappoint. It captivated me from the beginning. Ms. St. John writes multi-dimensional characters who spring to life. I liked Gail and Sam and rooted for them to have the happy ending they deserved. Before they could get to that happy ending, they had some life and death struggles. Just when I thought I knew what was going to happen, Ms. St. John threw a new twist that kept me reading. I highly recommend this one.

Hooked me from the start! Gail is a strong determined woman on a quest to set things right. Her strength keeps her going and with the help of a sexy undercover FBI agent, she works to unravel a strange riddle and the mystery behind her mother's death. Great plot that kept me guessing with terrific characters, a wonderful love story and edge of your seat suspense. I can't wait for the next one!

Loved this book--could not set it down. If you like Evanovich's character, Eve Plumb, you will like this one too. Can't wait for her March story.

Loved this book! This is the second book I've read by Tess St. John. Once again, she has developed characters you feel like you have known for years. The twist and turns in the story line make it impossible to put the book down. I was surprised right until the end. Great read for anyone who enjoys suspense and rooting for true love.

I find just the right balance between suspense and romance in Don't Let It Show, but I admit I read mostly romance. I care about the characters Ms. St John creates and find the plot twists believable. I enjoyed this one!

I would not recommend this book. I could only read 54 pages of this book before I had to stop. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WASTE ON POOR BOOKS. The characters were not believable.
