    Very good!

I love these Don't Sweat the Small Stuff books! They are so easy to read when you have short time spans to read. I like it that the book is sorted by topics and each topic is maybe 2 pages on the average. Great ideas to try and just makes you think in a different way how the ideas can work for you in your life. I have been able to try quite a few of the ideas so I have less stress in my life and hopefully I am helping my family too! Great book for a gift too. I highly recommend it!
