Introduction:
When Meghan’s twin sister flies across the Atlantic to visit her, the young woman cannot wait to be a part of the idyllic life that her sister has described to her since she married a very wealthy man two years ago. Mackenzie immediately notices unsettling changes in her twin, however, and she wonders why she is to remain in her suite alone until morning. When Mackenzie hears the deep voice of her sister’s handsome husband through the locked door, she envies Meghan and wishes she had a gorgeous husband to make love to her and treat her like a queen. When Meghan confesses to Mackenzie a dark secret about her husband, the identical twins devise a plan to trick him into the truth. The outcome, however, is not at all what the two sisters had expected.

Mackenzie hurriedly got ready for Jasper’s arrival. She couldn’t believe she had fallen asleep in the tub. She sprayed just the right amount of one of Meghan’s very expensive French scents on her pulse points with an added light spray in her most intimate of areas. She brushed her hair and then flipped it back and fluffed it up. She looked in the mirror and grinned. “That’s big hair.” She took out some of Meghan’s luxury lingerie ensembles and then laughed. I’ll show him. She pulled back the covers and lay in the bed naked, her hair spread over the pillows. She had not seen Jasper since Meghan’s wedding, but he was definitely a handsome man. But hell, anyone would do for Mackenzie right now.

Mackenzie watched as her twin’s prince charming made no attempt at seduction. He stood by the bed and looked at her. She watched as Jasper’s smugness seemed to wane if only a little. She smiled which made him uneasy. When he finally composed himself and the cockiness returned, he gave Mackenzie a disapproving look. “What did you do to yourself? Your hair, you look like a whore.”
Mackenzie played with the ends of her hair, wrapping and unwrapping them around her index fingers. She looked into Jasper’s eyes, something that Meghan had always tried to avoid doing, and she teasingly responded to his remark. “I am your whore.”
